Hi, I'm Isabel Kaus –
A moderator for lively events who combines professionalism with ease.
I have been on stage for more than 20 years – today as a presenter and speaker. Originally trained in mechanical engineering, I have worked as an executive in international companies, gaining deep insights into industries such as automotive , plastics , food and sustainability .
What sets me apart is the balance : clarity and structure from my business experience – combined with humor, charisma, and empathy that bring every event to life. My background is complemented by training as a communication trainer and coach, which allows me to respond even more effectively to people and dynamics.
